The ultra thin absorbent core sheet is made by bonding each layer of material with hot melt adhesive. The core contains a large amount of SAP to ensure the water absorption of the diaper. After absorbing water, it expands as a whole and is flat without clumping. The disadvantage of using composite cores is that the process is more complex, the equipment production speed is low, and compared to traditional cores, the cost will be higher.
